All Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Any order received after 2pm Monday to Thursday will be considered ordered the following day. Any order received after 2pm on Friday will be considered ordered the following Monday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact You via email or telephone.
All orders within Spain (peninsular) will be delivered free of charge
All other shipping rates can be found on the checkout page of our website once an item has been selected and after the delivery address has been entered.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Rivertables.es is not responsible for any customs and import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Sales tax (IVA) is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
